In short

Build with Bo has no ads, no accounts, no tracking and no analytics. We don't collect any information about your child or your family. Everything the game remembers stays on this device.

What stays on this device

Your child's first name, the names of family members and pets, age level, houses, photos, stars, progress and settings. They are saved only on this device, for each child profile, and are never sent to us or anyone else.

Talking to Bo

When your child taps the microphone, the device's own speech service (Apple on iPhone and iPad, Google on Android) turns their speech into text. Apple or Google may process the audio under their own privacy policies. The game only receives the text, uses it to build, and doesn't record or keep any audio. Bo's voice is made by the device or played from recordings inside the app.

Photos

Photos taken in the game are saved only on this device. They can only be shared or saved after a grown-up check, using the device's own share menu.

Children

The game is made for children under 13. Because it collects no personal information, it does not need a sign-up or parental consent form. Settings, sharing and anything that leaves the game are behind a grown-up check.

Deleting everything

Settings → Forget everything removes all names, houses, photos, stars and progress from this device. Deleting the app does the same.
